Eighteen months into the pandemic, guidelines for managing the spread of Covid-19 remain unsettled, social distancing and remote work are becoming the norm, and training managers are wrestling with ongoing challenges to keep training engaging and top-of-mind for learners. But 50-page training decks aren't quite as effective when viewed on Zoom, compliance experts aren't down the hall for a quick question when employees are working from home, and yet, regulatory requirements continue to evolve, and compliance responsibilities are ongoing.

Kim Ostrowski, Esq., Director, Product Management
Kim is responsible for overseeing the development of Content Enablers modules and associated training elements, including management of editorial board and subject matter experts, various program and project implementations, and oversight of certain elements of the U.S. and India offshore development process, including platform integration and QA/QC. She is a graduate of Albany Law School of Union University and was admitted to the New York bar in 1992 and the Washington State bar in 1994. Kim's legal work prior to Content Enablers focused on the areas of complex civil litigation, federal and state Superfund litigation and associated enforcement actions, and guardianship litigation and planning.
Kara Kupzyk, Director, Customer Success
As the Director of Customer Success, Kara leads Content Enablers' growing Enterprise Management Team and is responsible for directing CE's global client implementations. Kara previously served as Lead Product Analyst, where she was responsible for customer relations and user experience.
