This session will kick-off with a global overview of the export controls landscape, followed by a U.S. update of the recent regulatory regime and forecasted changes. The event will concluded with a panel of tech-industry trade compliance leaders discussing how they are strategizing and executing export compliance within their organizations. The discussion will be moderated by Alex Capri, author of Techno-Nationalism: How it's reshaping trade, geopolitics, and society.
